They took my money for a football shirt that was "in stock". They confirmed the order and said it was being processed with an expected delivery date about a week later. Well...4 weeks after the initial order (3 weeks AFTER the expected delivery date), I got an email saying the item is not in stock so the order is canceled. Incompetent, liars and fraudsters. I am only giving 1 star because I am unable to give a minus star rating. Appalling.

I recently reviewed kitbag, it wasnt a great review as they lied to me, made a false promise and then kept my money. After the review they replied to it sounding very sorry and how i should email them, I did this 10 days ago and guess what?NOTHINGavoid this business is my adviceupdate after kitbags reply ( another lie, claiming they offered me 20% off my next order, THEY DIDNT< THEY ARE LYING YET AGAIN here is a copy of the chat where they make me an offer except its not 20%, it was 10% Chloe: I can offer you a free delivery and 10% off your next order Chloe: I am really sorry  Chloe: I am really sorry and I understand your frustration. It is not that I personally don't want to refund you, it is that it can't be processed. Which is why I offer you free delivery and 10% off your next order, which would be more than these £5.40 in the end Chloe: Yes which is why I offered you 10% off your next order and the free delivery, in the end you would have more. It is these 20%, from that code, that I can't refund, because the decision is not taken by me. Again, I am really sorryshould i post the original chat next where i am told not to worry about it, its a known issue and we'll refund you the 20% after you are ordered ?should i post the screen shot where the reduced item is advertised at £27, but underneath in red it states (£21.60 if using code kitbag20 )do you want that ?

Slow delivery and bad customer service

I ordered a nigerian home vapour match shirt 2020-2021 since march 31 and its may 1 and it still has not arrived and it was estimated to come at April 28 they havent reply to my email that i sent them

No shirt or refund !!!!

I ordered 26th December I was told my order was missing and that I would get a refund this was the 8th January when I asked why it hadn’t gone into my bank I was assured by their Facebook messager it was definitely sent then I emailed and I was told the refund failed and I had to wait for their international team to decide why ?? I keep getting told different information and looking at the comments here and their Facebook page I see a lot of People are having the same issues . My godson got me to order this with his own Christmas money 3 weeks later no shirt and I can’t even give him his money back .

non exsistent release date

placed a pre order item with a date of 14th dec so would surely get it in time for xmas, nope! no confirmation email so had to chase that, then the release date changed to the 17th, chased again then it changed to 29th Dec, now on the 29th they have no release date, but they are still advertising it for sale. customer service is non exsistent, they cannot answer any questions and simply ask if you want to cancel?? why is a company taking peoples money in these trying times when they cannot deliver the goods? it shouldnt be allowed!!

This company is the worst online store…

This company is the worst online store I have ever dealt with!Ordered an item on 29th of November money taken and order accepted.Have had zero communication from them and after trying to communicate with online chat staff finally managed to get through by phone today 22nd of December to be told item is out of stock.Kitbag have never at any time informed me of this despite ordering last month.This item was ordered as an Xmas present and while I appreciate there may be high demand the very least I can expect is to be told that it is out of stock and frankly if it was why accept the order.I emailed last night and I am awaiting response but I'm sure I will get the standard excuses I got from Kitbag Customer Services this morning and who incidentally can't either deal with or transfer me to someone who can deal with my complaint.I would urge anyone thinking of using this Company to find a different supplier as you will be left angry and frustrated by the whole experience.

How do I give this mob minus stars?Just woeful, ordered my daughter a minikit and paid for next day delivery, KB updated the order status to "shipped" and I received the tracking ID, all good - I'm a realist so was maybe expecting a day or 2 delay, but when the courier tracking info hadn't changed from "We've not received your parcel yet" after 2 days I contacted KB to ask what was happening and was told even though I'd paid for next day delivery, they didn't consider it late until one week after the expected delivery date. So I contacted them a week later when still no parcel appeared and the tracking status remained, and was then told "we don't know where it is, it's Yodel's fault though, even though we don't seem to have sent anything yet, oh and you can't have a refund while we're looking into it, give us a day or 2 to look into it"..... so contacted them the following Monday (now 6 full working days since it was supposed to be delivered), still no idea where my order was, still no progress on finding out, "we'll know more tomorrow and we'll contact you"... 4 days later I had to contact them again since there'd been no contact from them. The response was 1) we can't find your order number. So I forwarded them my email confirmation, and suddenly "oh look there it is". 2) "We've already sent it using a different courier", so I asked who the courier was, the reply? "I don't know." SO HOW DO YOU KNOW YOU'VE USED A DIFFERENT COURIER??? "I don't have access to that information." Then the conversation goes a little something like..."We have to wait""What are we waiting for?""We have to wait""Yes, but for what""The delivery has been sent""Ok, when was it picked up by the courier""We have to wait""But what are we waiting on?""Is there anything else I can help you with today?""Yes, you could tell me who the courier is and maybe provide the tracking ID""We have to wait"If I didn't know better I'd say it was a bot responding, except bots have better grammar, punctuation and far more thorough and logical responses.Save yourself the hassle since I'm sure we've all got better things to be getting on with than giving this bunch of cowboys money to then not provide you with a product or any level of customer service, just do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere, your blood pressure will thank you for it.

Have to say I am very worried now

Have to say I am very worried now. Ordered on their site despite another official site having the same item. What a mistake that was. Received an email confirming order sent. Then another email saying something happened during transit and order wasn’t being sent and would be reissued with another delivery company That was over a week ago. Tried the online chat that was constantly busy. Eventually able to speak to someone who although helpful I felt was evasive. No tracking number available despite them confirming had been resent by Fed-ex on 30th November. I am holding out little to no hope of receiving the item.Bitterly disappointed. Order ref 21-6394-6652Kitbag is response to your reply. I have only received a refund of £3.95 on the 8th December for the postage/delivery and not for the item (was told would still receive this but no sign obviously). Can you confirm when I will receive the remaining refund. To be clear I wish to cancel my item as I have ordered and received elsewhere and it is no longer needed. Thanks in advance. P.s. I have emailed using the email address and heard nothing from you since Monday. Can you please also remove my name from your response please.Update 18th DecStill no reply to my emails. No refund either for the item. Can someone reply to me please. Item has been with the couriers since 2 Dec? Please confirm when my refund will be issued. This is really bad. Buyers beware.

I haven't received my order…

I haven't received my order and emailed customer services but no response. Getting really apprehensive reading the reviews as I spent alot of Christmas money.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Terrible experience from start to end. Purchased a Juventus top with the added print (Ronaldo + 7). Delivery was on time which was great but upon opening the package it all went downhill from there. Considering you are paying over £80 for a top you would think it would be the better quality, that sadly was not the case. The print of the name and the number was poorly aligned and off to one side, the quality of the product is dubious at best, having compared the size of the logo, placement and other details it really makes me wonder if the product is legit. I tried to contact support but was ignored from email and calls for over 48hrs so eventually took the case to PayPal and had it reviewed there. Eventually, after returning the product I received a refund but had to pay for the delivery of said product. Support is non-existent..AVOID at all costs. Turns out the official Adidas page is cheaper...SCAM

All round dreadful service and all…

All round dreadful service and all other customer reviews confirm the infrastructure of this company is terrible. I am still outstanding a refund of an item kitbag cancelled. Told it must have failed.??? I am owed money!!!! Also had to pay postage for a further returned item even though I sent numerous emails to cancel it. I dread trying to get a refund for 2nd item. Sort out your processes Kitbag. This is my first and last time of ordering from yourselves.25/11/2020 updateStill have not received refund for 2nd item.... response below is incorrect. Luckily have proof of postage and it was signed for over 2 weeks ago... customers should not have to chase every single return/refund
